How it Works?
Step # 1 - Go Shopping on Custom Logistic Store - www.shiptopacific.com.au
Go Shopping on our site - purchase the crate size that suits you and the destination you wish to ship the crate to.
You will receive confirmation of purchase and receipt instantly.
Step # 2 - Crate/Drum is delivered to your home empty
Once you have purchased the correct crate/destination online, our friendly Customer Service Team will email you with confirmation and advise which day your crate is being delivered to home. (within 2 x business days of purchase)
Step # 3 - Load your Crate/Drum
This part is all up to you and what you want to load! The crate will be staying at your home with you until you have loaded full.
Step # 4 - Check Schedules and Book Crate Pickup Service with our Truck
You can keep track of the next shipping schedules here online at "Shipping Schedules".
Make sure you load your crate in time for your chosen ship.
When ready, Hop back online to our website and navigate to "Book Truck Collection."
Simply enter your name, booking number and address and our Customer Service Team will book recollection from your home. Truck will collect crate within 2 x business days and our friendly Customer Service Team will email you with confirmation
Step # 5 - Crate is Loaded into next Container
We have very regular services to all Pacific Islands (See Schedules Page). Our Customer Service Team will arrange for your shipment to be loaded on the next ship and keep you updated via email when container is loaded, departed and arrived at destination.
​Step # 6 - Local Agent/Office will contact receiver
Once the shipment arrives at destination, our local office or agent will contact with the receiver to arrange local clearance and collection.
