All Prices on our online store include
Free Trucking Drop-Off – Delivery of empty crates or drums to Metro Melbourne and Brisbane areas.
Free Collection Once Full – Pick-up of filled crates or drums from Metro Melbourne and Brisbane, with return to the container warehouse.
Standard Sea Freight Service – Shipping from Melbourne or Brisbane port to the destination selected at checkout.
For deliveries outside Metro Melbourne/Brisbane or to countries not listed, please contact us at shiptopacific@customlogistic.com for a custom quote.
⚠️ Important: All shipments are sent without insurance unless coverage is purchased separately through our online store before shipping.
Return/Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description, or fails to perform as promised.
If you believe your purchase has a problem, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can assess and provide an appropriate remedy.
